Who Killed Smiley Culture?

Smiley Culture was a British Reggae artist who died under the supervision of being in Police custody. He had hits such as Police Officer and Cockney Translation. A inquiry into his death lead a peaceful march from South London, pass the house of parliament and outside New Scotland Yard. On the the day, people came out and protested against his suspicious death while in Police Custody.
